โNothing to complain about really, cheap clean, did what it said on the tin....food/beer/service were spot on...been here before when i was in the area so a no brainer to choose it again โ
โThe staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is quite beautiful inside. The lack of elevator may be an issue with someone with mobility issues (our room was on the 2nd floor). There was a good shopping area nearby, including an Aldi (for groceries). The hotel restaurant was very good, with a good selection for dinner options. It was just a couple of blocks away from public transportation.โ
โReception staff was friendly, welcoming and overall excellent. Luca is rightfully proud of Scotland and shared some tales and legends.
Room, while small, was nicely appointed with tea kettle & tea and bathroom had plenty of hot water. I enjoyed the windowless room and will stay here in my next visit.โ
โIt was a very nice stay. Food is pretty expensive if you're wanting to eat in, but if you are going around and getting food other places, ans only focused on the overall stay here? It's perfect. Cleaning is always on point, personal belongings were always left exactly where me and my fiancรฉ left them regardless of importance or lack thereof, and overall it was a very respectful and comfortable space to stay. :)โ
โLovely quiet hotel with very spacious rooms. Tom and Maureen were very gracious hosts and we will definitely be staying there again. Very clean space and ample parking. โ
