"We had a fantastic experience here and will definitely be back. We arrived very early expecting to drop our bags but the staff kindly allowed us to check in and upgraded our room to a suite. This was a great help as we were travelling with a baby. The suite was ideal and the views of the Burj Khalifa were stunning. As we have a young child we didn't want to be out late in the evenings and so relaxing next to the window with wide city views was grrat. The reception and lobby staff were all very friendly and helpful."
