โWeekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over โ
โDelightful cottage, ideally located close to Bristol with great views of the river Avon. Quirky, but well designed accommodation more than met our expectations. Lovely usable garden. Would recommend without hesitation.โ
โGreat location (right on water, centre of town, opposite harbourside), good breakfast/dinner/bar on-site. Building & common parts slightly tired - but more than made up for by overall package. Probably my favourite hotel in Bristol having stayed in most!โ

โThe hotel was excellent for access to local attractions. As it did not offer dinner or breakfast there were several places ranging in price to obtain food very nearby. Staff excellent and friendly ready to help. Bonus for us was we were able to take our dogs. โ
โWhat a lovely apartment - we wish we could have stayed longer. It was perfectly situated for my daughter's graduation, and with onsite parking and electric car charging, it couldn't have been more convenient for us.โ
