Sorrento, Campania hotel rooms at the Independent

"Everything was perfect! The staff was always there to answer any questions and give local recommendations. The hotel was stunning, couldn’t have picked better accommodations to represent Sorrento. The patio/pool views were simply beautiful. The walk to city center was short making the hotel an optimal location! I would recommend to all my friends, family and strangers! Well worth the price point."

"Bright, clean, lobby and room—well-located a five minute walk to the main busy section of town, and a two minute walk to the Sorrento train station with access to Pompeii and Napoli. Reception was friendly and was able to provide access to my room a couple hours in advance of check-in time when I arrive around 11:30am. If room had not been ready they had confirmed luggage could be stored prior checkin or after checkout. Bed was comfortable, the pillows were so-so. Regular and usb charger outlet right in bed headboard. WiFi signal was strong but I wonder if over capacity, internet wasn’t loading on my phone. Great water pressure and hot water. Towels were clean. AC worked well. I didn’t use the TV so can’t comment on this. Other amenities: In-room safe, wardrobe, small luggage storage area, small desk with an informal soft seat, bidet. Open rooftop terrace with lounge seating. Would stay again. "
