"Cleaner was excellent always left a perfect room. Only downside was the Television did not work and there was no coffee and tea facilities"

"Talk about the perfect location! Just a short walk to Times square. The staff was fantastic. The rooms have been recently remodeled and were very nice. The only downfall was the amenities lacked a little. There was no in room coffee or eve coffee available in the lobby in the morning. But fortunatly there is a great coffee shop right across the street called Gumptions. Connally's Irish Pub was a great spot for breakfast every morning and Cook's Eatery was perfect spot for late nigh snacks."
