“Beautiful location on the Southampton waterfront and close to several museums, restaurants and shops. The hotel was very nice but the shower was not very hot and turned cold during a shower. The restaurant was nice but very expensive. Nearby restaurants were much better.”

“We booked The Relais Cooden beach via Expedia particularly for its location and spa facilities. We had booked the "Cosy double room" because that was all that was left. On arrival we tried to book spa treatments but there were no available bookings during our three night stay. This was disappointing as there was no mention on the Expedia website that you needed to book in advance. Apparently, guests who booked directly with the hotel enjoyed free use of the spa whereas booking through Expedia...
