"The location is why we picked this hotel. We also enjoyed the fire pits at The Deck and up on the third floor patio. However when we were checking in at 4 pm, we were informed that our room was not ready, we had to wait for almost 20 min. The lady in the front desk was not even apologetic about it, and no effort was made for service recovery. It seems like they did not care. The walls were also very thin so we heard kids running around the hallway and in the rooms next to ours."

"We have stayed here every year for the last 5 years, never again .The front desk guy Dave I believe is amazing and went out of his way to help, but the manager is awful and doesn't care. We had black mold in our air conditioner unit and reported it and nothing was done. Would never recommend or stay here again"

"The room was not clean at all. The sheets had a brown stain on them. The bathroom floor hasn’t been really cleaned in a while. I do not recommend using the coffee machine. The water compartment is not clean. Luckily, my room had a microwave and I heated up a cup full of water. Breakfast and free cocktail was a positive for this hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating."
