"The breakfast was extremely disappointing and offered very little choice. There were no healthy options available, which was particularly disappointing. The only egg option was scrambled eggs apparently made from a carton with double cream, prepared in a plastic container in a microwave. The presentation and preparation were very unappetising, and the overall quality was not what I would expect from a hotel breakfast. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also unpleasant. The kitchen staff were talking and laughing very loudly, which was disturbing and made it difficult to enjoy breakfast in a relaxed environment. The service was equally disappointing. On two occasions, a waiter removed my coffee from the table while I was still there, without checking whether I had finished and without even apologising. This felt very inattentive and unprofessional. Overall, the breakfast experience was poor, both in terms of food quality and customer service. There is definitely room for significant improvement."

"Staff is kind. Bunk beds and the rooms always clean. The hostel is the perfect spot near everything, especially since it’s near that train or bus station that walkable distance to travel back to the airport or go explore the rest of Scotland. But since it’s in Merchant City, it can get noisy at night with people hanging around the local bars talking snd yelling loudly. But the stay provide earplugs in the room which is nice,"
