"The website we saw says laundry facility. we always look for a hotel that has a laundry facility to do wash if needed. this hotel has no laundry facility on site. They do over to send your laundry out for 25.00 per small bag. The laundry service they used washed all of our clothes together. whites with darks so you can imagine how our whites are now looking. this was very disappointing. It is also location next to a train yard and our room was right next to it, so we heard a train run through every 10 minutes from 4am to midnight That was the worst part when trying to sleep so ask for a room away from the train yard side. The hotel itself was very clean and staff very nice. we were a little unsure of the area because as you walk outside there was graffiti on the building walls, however we did feel safe. It was near a lot of restraints, shopping, train station and such so that was very nice as well."
