“한달간의 여행 중 사진보다 실물이 멋진 호텔은 이곳이 유일했다. 조식도 좋았고 서비스도 훌륭했다. 정말 고성을 개조해서 만든 호텔.(그렇기에 엘레베이터는 없었고, 타워쪽 객실에서 투숙했는데 계단도 좀 불편했다.)”

“Perfect for attending armadillo or OVO events in Glasgow. Nice pool facilities and generally a nice environment to be in. Enjoyed every aspect of this short stay.”

“Really friendly staff from arrival to departure. The room was spacious with a lovely big, comfy bed. Good to have the option of a reading light. We chose to have a meal in the bar and although the staff were busy with a function, we felt looked after. Our meals were beautifully presented and so tasty. Very good location for Queen's Park park run.”

“We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.”

“Lovely setting with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The Grill was excellent for dinner too. The staff was so very welcoming, courteous and helpful.”
