"Don't let the worn exterior fool you. Our room (single king) was very clean, spacious, and fully renovated. It appears that all rooms have a balcony/patio facing the Rogue River, and we enjoyed a glass of wine while watching seals and fishermen, and a lovely view of the iconic bridge. Friendly staff, comfy bed, and a good location just a short drive across the river from restaurants and coffee shops. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again."

"Friendly helpful staff, made us feel welcomed. Appreciate the breakfast (boiled eggs, nice oatmeal, banana, coffee). Can hear the highway noise from the room and tv from another room. Room is dated but reasonably clean. Would stay here again if needed."

"Loved the blue color way, conveniently next to Dairy Queen subway Mcd kfc etc. WiFi and tv was down, but I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised for such a cheap stay! Less than $60 got me a table, king bed, chairs, many convenient lights and plugs, easy parking, fridge, and bathroom actually smelled like it was cleaned. Bedding was clean and not stained and pillows were fluffy. Even had a pool. -1 star for no WiFi and stains on hand towels from other peoples makeup but overall would stay here again. Close to California border"

"We appreciated the overall relaxed atmosphere. Our late check in was a breeze. Our modern cabin was clean, the staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Our view was stunning and we enjoyed having s’mores around our campfire. We enjoyed a leisurely night swim in the pool, which was well kept and clean. We chose Bay Point Landing because the property is pet friendly. Our dog enjoyed our walks around the Bay. We will definitely be back whenever we visit Coos Bay!"
