“Clean and sweet~~ Kitchen was so convenient. ”

“Excellent service”

“Although the staff was friendly, they were unable to remedy the issues we encountered at this hotel. From AC not working, to flooding from the shower, the handrails at the pool were coming out of the ground. We were put in a room next door to the kitchen which had crazy loud noise from 4:30am on (banging pots and pans and loud talking). We asked to be switched to a different room and were told nothing was available although their site showed 6 free rooms.”

“If you are arriving very late in the evening to the Reno airport. And have made no arrangements to stay near the airport. Then this hotel will fit your needs, as long as you are being budget minded. No pool, no free breakfast, no hot tubs.”
