"Unfortunately, I will not be leaving a 5 star review for this booking. While the customer service for Incline Cottage was great and the house was not, in any regards, in disrepair, it was definitely not up to standards for their asking rental price. The floors, carpet and laminate, were dirty (our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them from the first day), there were live spiders, spider webs, and cobwebs all over the inside, and dirty dishes and utensils were found in cabinets and...

"The house is nice and cozy. Everything worked and it was in very good condition. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The major problem is the property is listed as 2 bed 2 bath. While the house does have 2 bathrooms, one is off limits. The master bed and bath are designed as the owners area and access is denied. So while I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath I only got a 2 bed 1 bath. That made the bathroom situation for our family less than desirable. Just beware if you're looking for 2 bathrooms you...
