"An excellent room with the riverfront view. The room was clean, staff were polite and helpful and checkin experience was smooth and hassle free. The coffee station was a really a nice touch. Definitely recommend a stay here."

"The roof top was a nice change in our Chicago stay. However the staff was kind of rude and not very helpful. They didn’t notify me of the $150 deposit until check in, and when I asked when it would be returned they said it’s up to my bank. Days later my bank is still saying it’s a pending charge on the hotels end. A bit frustrating. The room was nice, not what was shown in the pictures and the city view for the suit was an alley. Don’t think I will be staying there again."
