“This was a very unique, in a good way, property. First, it would be tough to find a better location. The property consists of several historic, smaller, buildings, all in the historic Creek Street area. The room I had was a pretty good size and well appointed. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The amenities were good quality. I do wish they had a comfortable sitting chair, there was enough room for one, and it makes a difference. That’s quite literally my only complaint. “It was charming and had just enough amenities to see you through your stay however the bed was older and noisier than expected even with the new mattress there was needed room for improvement. Also, throw pillows do not belong in a hotel. If you cannot wipe it down and do not plan to wash it then get rid of it.”

“The room and hotel were kept very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only suggestion concerns the Bowflex: it did the job, but a sturdier machine would be nice.”
