"It’s fake Italy but pretty cute overall, the water taxi to the Universal parks is really convenient (otherwise it’s a 10m walk anyways) and the included express pass for 2 of the parks one of the key highlights. However the room was probably a quarter mile walk from front desk - which was overcrowded as expected in a place like that - which made it a real hassle to push our luggage also considering the really thick carpets. Also the onsite restaurants are frankly not very good for the price (and we’re very used to fine-dining). Checkout was messy, couldn’t get out of the garage, had to walk to front desk twice until they finally solved it and let me out."

"It was clean for the most part. What I didn’t like was the fact that the breakfast was the typical egg, pancakes, waffles etc and it would have been fine if it was just my husband and I. Our kids was a bit disappointed because it was just bagels, oats and muffins served everyday so we eat out for breakfast for the most part of our trip."

"We stayed for 4 nights. It takes a little figuring out, how to get around the property. But it was very clean and nicely maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool/hot tub/water slide were awesome. Water taxi and shuttle were great for getting to and from the parks. Early admission at the parks is definitely worth it! We didn't eat much on site, but we did dine at the tapas bar one night - food and drinks were fantastic for a nice sit- down meal (and they have a kids menu for the little ones). Very happy with our stay, and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!"
