"Overall, I had a good experience at Aventura Hotel. The location is excellent for visiting the Universal parks, the rooms are modern, and the hotel has a nice atmosphere.
However, there were a couple of things that disappointed me. The main issue was that our room was not cleaned the day after we arrived, which was inconvenient and not what I expected from the service.
I also think it is important for future guests to know that parking costs an additional $30 per day plus taxes, so this should be considered when planning the overall budget for the stay.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our visit. Improving the housekeeping service and being more transparent about additional fees would make the guest experience even better."
