"The concierge and the person she called their manager were very very very impolite. They should learn customer care and hospitality management skills more deeply. Not attending to customer's issue, hut instead, trying to pass the bucket towards the customer's side. The first ignorant concierge I have ever seen in a what they call a 5 star hotel. In my honest guess, the WHOLE front office, concierge mainly, should be changed. They are the face of the hotel, but if they are sooo bold headed and ignorant, without a greeting, without a smile, without a welcome, why keep them at the front line? Cinnamon HR SHOULD, I mean they SHOULD, change their concierge personnel, MAINLY THE PERSON CALLED THE MANAGER."
