“We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

“First time we stayed in a Shepard hut . Went to Cornwall for some surfing at various beaches . The hut is very close to wadebridge shops and pubs and there’s local supermarkets close as well . It’s very very quiet and private as well , and there’s a log burning hot tub , at the property as well and a couple of sun loungers .there is some cooking equipment if you are prepared to make a meal using 2 hob stove . As I can cook almost anywhere given a pot and a heat source I found it ok to cook meals...

“I've traveled more than 20 countries and of course stayed many hotels. However, this hotel was the best for our family in terms of services. They had separated restaurants for family and adults (only) so that kids can have more freedom. In front of hotel, there are very well equipped playground for kids as well. Staff members were kind and they booked tours for us as well. Swimming pool and indoor spa are free; but, you should pay extra for outdoor spa. We will definitely come back to...

“We stayed in room 210 and we were disappointed with the bathroom facilities which was a portacabin block stuck in the room and was TINY. It ruined out stay to be honest because we booked 3 nights for a wedding in the area and wanted a nice place to get ready for the wedding and a mini break. It was a struggle to sit on the toilet as the door is literally in your face. No working extractor fan. This room is in serious need of attention because this isnt acceptable for over £120 a night. “Stay here!!!! This pub and inn is amazing. Great friendly staff, awesome rooms and great location to trails and port Isaac. If you’re American like me and afraid of driving down to the inn, no worries there is a car park at the top of the hill that is easy to park in and walk down a steep hill to the inn. Parking is a fee but not expensive. Pub food was great! Overall super happy with my stay (:”
