“The breakfast was super, i loved how there was 24 hr access to the pool. The only downfall was they had some kinda water issue or something on the 2nd floor. But i get it stuff happens”

The bed was also insanely uncomfortable. I paid 159 for 1 night and the springs dug onto my back the whole time. Hot tub was nice, i liked the hours it was available, there was also a bar in the lobby with a bogo option that came with the hotel, and the breakfast had the usual amenities.”

“Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Breakfast was fun (yogurt bar, bagels with recipe posters for different topping ideas). Coffee wasn’t great but lots of it plus hot water for tea and cocoa. Pool was kind of dismal. No housekeeping at all - we were there for 5 days- I’m sure they would have done our room if we asked. But we took out our own trash and ask the front desk for tissues and toilet paper. Lots of parking and a shuttle to Mayo Clinic.”

“Rarely, if ever saw any staff. Do have to say that the complimentary breakfast isn't much. Hot water (for tea or hot cereal) was always ice cold as was the coffee that they would put out. I realize you can put it in the microwave for a few minutes but if you're putting out pots that state Hot coffee or Hot water for tea then they should be just that HOT. otherwise everything is fine - I don't lounge around the hotel. Fresh fruit, strawberries, mango, melon are variable in quantity and taste. Pancakes, waffles and French toast sticks are on rotation. There's also bagels, muffins and Danish. “Such a friendly and caring staff. It's our "go to" when we are at Mayo Clinic - they take some of the anxiety off what is a stressful set of surgeries and doctors' visits. One less thing to worry about for sure. The shuttle service is second to none as well.”
