โHotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious.
On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop!
Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.โ

โGreat hotel in a great location for our needs, within a short walking distance of the Bullring for shopping and Chinatown for eating, with lots of bars and restaurants close by along the canals.
Can be a bit noisy and lively at the weekend with the nightlife close by, but it didn't affect us, as our room was to the rear.โ

โStayed here a few nights and enjoyed it. Air conditioning working as it should but missed being able to open a window to get some air. Bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. Amazing shower and loved how the bathroom is configured. Parking is ยฃ15 per night and is valid up till midnight even when checking out. Breakfast was ok, caters for everyone. Yeah I would stay here again.โ
โOriginal room hadnโt been cleaned but replacement found quickly. Room was lovely and spacious every amenity you could wish for. Bed was king sized very comfortable. Bathroom let down by dirty shower tray, empty showergel dispensers. Breakfast was very good.paid around ยฃ80 for room which is about rightโ
