โHotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious.
On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop!
Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.โ
โWe stayed in a suite for one night. What a stunning five star hotel. Suite had fridge, rain fall shower, huge bath with tv, separate lounge , safe, tv in the lounge and bedroom. Would highly recommendโ

Stayed here for the Ozzy/ Black Sabbath gig so had a great mix of people. From other Ozzy fans and lots of people dressed to the nines for a cocktail party. Room was nice and clean and beds were comfy. Would definately stay here again.โ
โVisited the hotel because we had tickets for the T20 finals day at Edgbaston. Hotel is very modern and clean, excellent communial areas, nice bar and restaurant and the rooms are well appointed. Will definitely be back โ
