“It’s a beautiful place and enjoyed our time there.”

“Overall services were good”

“Great location right next to the Arena, staff was pretty rude so made for a not so great start to our stay.”

“Well, my locked car was broken into inside the locked and 'secure' hotel parking garage. Laptop and other items stolen. Not cool. The parking garage is owned by another company, which has less than stellar customer service - it is impossible to get a call back from them. It appears the entrance to the parking garage also doubles as a public restroom for quite a few individuals. The hotel rooms were okay. The hot tub did not work. “I was unsure if the hotel I booked it last minute for a concert. It was very reasonable so I went with an open mind a place to sleep. Loved the bar I could sit at and relax and close to concert! A great solo weekend away felt safe and comfortable!”

“Everything was fine except we could never get our room cooler than 72°.”

“Awesome place! Friendly staff, good walking area for activities! No complaints”

“이 근방에서 찾기 힘든 친절한 리셉션, 깨끗한 룸 컨디션, 무엇보다 장기 투숙 시 비치된 주방도구로 모든 음식 조리 및 취사가 가능하며, 매일매일 룸 클리닝으로 쾌적함 ”

We shared a bathroom but the towels were left in the bathroom and there were no washcloths and only 2 hand towels for 4 rooms. This was a BED and BREAKFAST but the host asked us to pay $40 extra for breakfast. He said it was only included in...

“Only one socket worked, the door to the restroom did not close. Staff was good, very helpful.”
