“We stayed at this hotel because of the good ratings and because it was cheaper than hotels in Cedar Rapids. It is only about a 10 minute drive off of I-380 on an easy four lane road. The breakfast was great and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and competent. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.”

Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.”

“The building common areas, hallways and rooms were neat and clean and looked nice. The only concern we had was the a/c. Our room was very humid when we checked in, since the ac was off. We turned it on and it cooled the room but it didn't reduce the room humidity unless we opened the door to the hallway which had cooler, dryer air. We didn't say anything as we thought the building as a whole was having some sort of ac issue since it was a little stuffy and the breakfast room had a fan running...
