“They over booked and we were left with no room in the downtown area. We booked a room in November so pretty far in advance for February. We were offered a room in Smokey Mountain but it was too far. The subway didn't even go that far. Thanks to customer service rep at Hotels.com who found us a alternative room right away. ”

“This is a better-than-expected find when looking to stay nearer to ATL...but not wanting to stay at the expensive downtown hotels. Definitely had an at-home feeling after short learning curve of automated entry system...the area seems ok, but there were a few sketchy-types around the area, but quick trips to the across-the-street Walgreens or Publix were easy and quick. Just a block from Torched Hop restaurant...good stuff!”
