โOne of the best rooms Iโve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenโt rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.โ
โThis hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!โ
โEveryone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didnโt work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. Iโd stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. โ
โWe stopped here for one night on our cross country road trip and it was a great place to sleep. Check in was quick, staff were friendly, and the room was super clean and modern. Very nice updated rooms compared to some Hampton Inns we stayed at on the rest of our trip. Would definitely recommend this hotel.โ
