“We stayed at another hotel near the airport. Everything was better there. We can not help but confess that Intercontinental hotel is way nicer.”

Yet there was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron, and there was an ice maker in the hallway, but no ice bucket. No restaurant on site. “All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The room was very clean and very nice and comfortable as were the grounds!!! We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. Keep in mind there was only 4 of us playing cards/talking/laughing inside with no music when the complaint was reported. In our opinion, the complainers...
