“Jesus was the highlight of the facilities. Great attitude, always helpful and friendly. Hotel was nice and had good AC, hot water and good views. Not many restaurants around, Umbal the restaurant at the hotel was decent for the price, BSKY was terrible at the sister hotel Mereva, steer clear of that place, Icaro at Bespoke was phenomenal! “Review for stay during September of '25. This resort is huge with being 4 resorts (Kantenah, Colonial, White Sands & TRS-Adults only), on shared Palladium property. You can attend most if not all the resort pools, restaurants, entertainment etc. It was low season so resorts were not over-crowded. “Staff is great, place was clean. The room had ac/heat (nights are a bit cold 17/19c) and there was hot water for thee showers 4 stars only because I didn’t really enjoy the restaurant food. Drinks were good though The beach is about 5 min walk from the front desk and there are beach chairs for rent and well as a couple of restaurants Overall a really nice place stay”
