“We really enjoy our stay at the hotel and we loved the pool and our room was spacious, clean and with comfy beds. The only down part is the breakfast which in my opinion it was poor quality food, fruit and juice. The breakfast selection was not appealing. But apart from this everything was amazing.”
“Lovely helpful staff, we stayed when it was 30 degrees and they went out of their way to find us a fan for the room. Basic rooms but spacious and clean which is all we needed. The pub is great, loads of parking, good food. Walking distance to Royal Derby hospital so ideal for our needs. Would recommend ”

Blue badge parking, disapointing, only 2 places, then there is no lift from the car park, which is directly beneath reception. In stead, you have to walk outside, up and around to enter. Ok when it is dry.”
“The room was beautiful. We had been to a wedding so they allowed late arrival back. The only feedback is they the room was stifling hot to enter. There wasn’t air conditioning but there was a fan they I was happy with. The pillows were so comfy and it was a luxurious stay. Would return. Breakfast was also delicious. ”
“One night stay to attend nearby Splendour festival. Hotel was ideally located for Wollaton Park with a pub and takeaways close by. I thought it was excellent value with very clean, spacious and light room. Comfortable with everything you need!”
“I can’t believe this even until now, but there was mould on the duvet cover... Seriously? Yes. Fortunately the receptionist changed the duvet cover but still there was a hair on the mattress and the pillow. Better not to expect the cleanliness here. ”
“A very enjoyable one night stay. We had booked a junior suite but asked to swap rooms to a different type, with a golf view. The receptionist was happy to oblige and all was sorted swiftly. We were so pleased with our decision as the view down the eighteenth hole and across the surrounding countryside was fabulous. The delicious and plentiful breakfast was freshly prepared and made to order.”
