โI liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life. โ
โWe have stayed at a couple of the ownerโs properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. โ
โI loved it ! The staff was supper friendly and helpful! The building was even a walking distance from a two-story Barnes & Noble, who would have guessed ! My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again for sure ! โ
โAsked me to rate my stay after my first night with a personalized message from the front desk. Offered a room reset during my 2-day stay. I thought this amenity completely disappeared after Covid, but to my pleasant surprise this hotel still offers cleaning services during short stays as well! The staff was so kind, they even kept the breakfast bar open a little past 10am for late risers like me during vacation. The hospitality was so outstanding that I had to take this experience and write this...
โStayed in Seattle for the weekend, stayed at the Ballard Suites! We didnโt bring a car, but relied on public transportation. There was a bus stop near by that was super convenient! Yummy places to eat nearby!
Friendly and easy communication with Vince. Will most likely stay again if visiting Seattle! โ
โawesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you donโt feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. โ
โMy daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.โ
โGreat little hotel. Rooms were clean, comfy, and very quiet, even tho right near the i5. Convenient location with gas stations, McDonalds, Starbucks, 7/11, and a few small restaurants, all next door.
Only small "eh" I have, is the $10 parking charge per vehicle.
Other than that, great hotel at an affordable price. Would def book again.โ
โOur room was so cute, and our family loved the delicious hot breakfast! The pool was also perfect for families as it isn't too deep, and the location was so great for anyone wanting to go to the zoo. Overall we would definitely return!โ
โIn a nutshell, it is a fantastic hotel for a family to stay a few days. Kitchen facility, breakfast, surrounding environments are fine. Only one disappointing point is some ventilating noise from the hotel courtyard through windows, which can be overcome by putting on earplugs.โ
