Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. "Outstanding! We'll maintain, super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. In the laundry room area has an upstairs area where can relax with view of Mt Fuji. Snacks area with actual meals, coffee that are free. Perfect for solo travel and family. If you are planning a hike/ trip to Mt Fuji, you want to stay here. You won't regret it."

"This property was perfect! Staff was helpful and friendly. they have an observation tower where we were able to get the BEST view of Mt. Fuji. The onsen was perfect and not over crowded at all! We loved it so much that we canceled another reservation we had and stayed a 2nd night here."
