"Great room with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Within walking distance from convenience stores, transport and tourist destinations. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly too."

"Great place, pillows were hard as a rock, didn’t get any sleep."

"They have everything you need. We had a great time here."

"After spending 18 days in various hostels around Japan, and hundreds of days around the world, this one had been my absolute favorite. The best sleep I have gotten on my trip and the breakfast was an amazing treat. Walking distance to most sights."

"Samurise Daruma is a convenient place to stay for visiting Mt Fuji and the five lakes region. The self check-in option is convenient. The area around the property is easy to navigate. Fujikyu station is just a few steps away. The property is a little dated but clean and has everything you need for a short stay."
