"It is fine stay if you come with friends and family to do BBQ. But not quite the thing for an international traveler. Service was great however and one can see that they are trying to improve the place.
Taxi from the station is 2400 yen and takes around 10 min. 15 min walk to the closest restaurant "
"The customer service is very well. They are quick in responses and very friendly. Although shuttle bus need to book in advance, the hotel is managed to arrange every booking. The shuttle bus is on time and driver is very nice."

"Great experience with glamping especially when we are travelling from Canada to Japan, great outdoor resort style. We loved the breakfast more than dinner. "

"A very thoughtful set up and breakfast is way better than how they advertised it. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Free shuttle to Kawaguchigo station but only 20 min walk if you want to do it. A 7 min walk to a grocery stores which open kind of late at 9am. Not too many restaurants around so plan accordingly. "
