“Delightfully peaceful spot, spectacular views from the garden. Very comfortable space, well organised, immaculately clean, and a great mattress for my bad back! 10 mins walk through a wood to the beach. Another time I'd leave the car hire, bring my ebike instead, and walk to the local village for provisions.”

“A beautiful barn conversion and the barn is better than the photos, excellent views and very central to a lovely part of Cornwall, plenty to do locally, Whilst you feel your in the middle of nowhere Falmouth and Helston (which is handy for the supermarkets, Tesco & Sainsbury’s) The hosts are very helpful but let you enjoy your own space. A lovely welcome pack was waiting for us ( cream tea, flowers & milk) We would definitely recommend and will stay there again.”

“Lovely little cottage with tons of character and a nice deceptively roomy modern interior. Great location for a stay with walks and access to the water near by in a quiet charming village. We stayed for 3 nights as a family get away for my parents 70th, we couldnt make the initial dates as unfortunately my father tested positive for covid the night before we were due to visit. However the hosts were very considerate and allowed us to postpone our trip to the next available date which we were...

“Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula....

“Located in a quite holiday village close to Falmouth. A three bedroom property with two shower. Spot on for work or pleasure. Fully fitted kitchen allowing you to eat in or close enough to Falmouth to eat out. The final part of journey to the cottage is by single lane road, people are curtious so it wasn't a problem.”

“I rated the property a 4 for cleanliness due to the presence of dust. As an individual with allergies, I noted dust in various areas. The residence itself is aesthetically pleasing, featuring contemporary designs. Communication throughout was satisfactory.”

“3rd time staying here - love the house and position is great to explore the lizard. Damp was really bad this year - walls were wet and mouldy in places and kitchen cupboards very musty - cleaners were great coming out and cleaning up some of the mould. Probably damp build up if it had been shut up for a while. But we always enjoy our stay - beds comfy and loads of room for our family and little dog ”

“Property was perfect for my family. Lovely and clean and everything that was needed for our stay was there. Beautiful garden and setting with ease of parking right outside. Only one problem was the mattress on the double bed! Terrible sleep due to the large lump in the middle making you roll to each sides. This could easily be solved with a new mattress. ”

“Pugwash Cottage is conveniently located on a holiday village just outside of Falmouth. The property is a good configuration but let down by a couple of areas such as the microwave that is very rusted and the floor of the bathroom that requires attention. The bedding and towels however, were excellent. The village has a convenient store where you can pick up essentials and a bar/resaurant.”
