지난 번에는 숙박 받아서, 대단히 감사합니다. 또한 호텔에 후기를 투고 주셔서 대단히 감사합니다. 우선 방에 관해서, 욕실과 화장실이 별도인 것이 특징의 하나입니다. 또 얼굴을 분명히 비추는 거울, 다이 손의 드라이어, 레인샤워 등, 1개1개에 조건을 가지고 디자인을 한 방입니다. 마음에 드셔　진 것 같고, 몹시 좋았습니다. 그렇지만 목욕에 거울이 없는 것에 불편을 끼쳐드려 죄송했습니다.향후의 개선의 하나로서 참고에 하겠습니다. 콘센트에 관해서, 머리맡이나 텔레비전의 근처 등,좀 많은 콘센트를 준비하고 있습니다. 또 프런트에서 예비의 멀티 플러그의 준비도 있기 위해, 필요한 때는 주문　해주십시오. 직원에 관해서, 이쪽도 칭찬의 말씀을 받아 몹시 좋았습니다. 다국적인 직원이 있어 또 1명 한국인 직원도 재적하고 있습니다. 이번은 만날 수 있지 않았습니다만, 다음 번 왔을 때에는, 만날 수 있는 것을 기대하고 있습니다. 라운지에 관해서, 라운지에서는 조, 낮, 밤과 다른 메뉴를 고객의 싫증이 오지 않게 제공을 하고 있습니다. 향후도 메뉴의 변경이나 종류의 증가 등을 검토해, 고객 만족도의 향상에 노력해 갑니다. 아침 식사에 관해서, 기대에 부합되지 못하고 정말로 죄송합니다. 현재 아침 식사의 개선을 향해서 검토 중 입니다. 다음 또 올 기회가 있으시면, 「매우 맛있다!」라고 생각해 받을 수 있도록 노력해 갑니다. 우리 호텔은 편리 성이 좋은 것이 호텔의 특징 중 하나입니다. 신바시역, 긴자역과 가까운 장소에 있어, 특히 신바시역은 공항까지의 편리성이 좋은 역입니다. 또 고객이 말씀 대로, 역전에는 많은 음식점이 있습니다. 일식, 양식, 중화 요리, 카페, 선술집, 등 있기 때문에, 식사가 곤란한 일 없이, 또 식사의 외출 자체가 즐거워지는 장소 일지도 모릅니다. 또 긴자의 쇼핑 스트리트도 도보 권내의 가까운 장소 때문에, 쇼핑도 마음껏 즐길 수 있습니다. 또한 슈퍼, 편의점, 돈키호테　등 잡화나 음식의 구입에도 곤란하지 않은 것이 특징의 하나이기도 합니다. 많이 쇼핑이나 외식등을 즐길 수 있던 모습으로, 좋았습니다. 또 도쿄에 내방 때는 부디 당 호텔을 이용 주십시오. 다음 번은 10점 만점을 받을 수 있 도록 직원 일동 매진 해 가겠습니다. 지난 번에는 숙박, 후기를 투고 주셔서 대단히 감사합니다. 또 뵐 수 있는 날을 진심으로 대기 말씀드리고 있습니다.
