Close to Shinagawa Station. Convenient if you are taking the Shinkansen or need to stay near Haneda Airport. The hotel is right next to Shimbamba Station, with clean and comfortable beds.

Staff were welcoming. Room was clean and quiet even though it is close to subway station. Room temperature was just right. Sleep was good except during the last night of stay, I could hear kids crying from a room close by at 4am, which was a bit disruptive to my sleep.

Nice spot!

Great for our first night in Japan. We had two rooms for our family of four which was helpful to have a room for luggage and one adult and another for the kids and the other adult. Was really helpful to have two spaces to sort out of jet lag. Would stay here again!

The hotel is located under the train tracks but you will not hear a sound in your room. I like this hotel because it is very convenient, it is just a min walk out of the train station. The area is also quiet, convenience stores are just around the corner. I will def stay there again.

The room size was better than hotels in Osaka and Shinjuku for a similar rate I liked the hot water and coffee machine. Would have been nice to get two bottle waters per each night of stay.

Convenient for transport hubs

Location is fab if you have an early flight from Haneda airport or you’re coming in on the Shinkansen late and you don’t want to drag yourself across town (both applied to us), right next to the station. Lovely shrine across the road as a bonus. The hotel staff were lovely. Trains were no problem as they stop during the night. Bathroom was a little bit tired but the shower was great so no problem really. Bed was comfortable everything you needed was available.

Absolutely love the convenience of this hotel. They offer so much, at a great location. The staff speak English and are super helpful and friendly. I have never stayed in Japan and was blown away that hotels such as this one offer everything you need such as: pajamas, face lotion, body lotion, razors, razor cream, hair ties, body scrubs, and face/body cleanser. The hotels coffee is delicious (try the americano!) I cannot speak highly enough of this location. Do yourself a favor and get the larger room, as happens hotels are known for being compact. In my 12 day trip in Tokyo, this location was perfect to catch the metro and explore this area. 100000000000% recommend

This is a semi automated hotel. Check in and out via machine and every additional hour is 1100yen. Small but new and clean and under the railway station but no noise at all.

Location is super convenient, 0 min walk to the Keikyu Shinbamba station, and 5 min walk to the shopping street with loads of shops and restaurants. It’s also a nice neighborhood too, quiet and peaceful at night. The staff are professional and friendly, they offer room cleaning for guests staying over 2 nights and free towel changes. Room has strong A/C so it’s a breeze in hot summer. Self check-in and check-out machine is easy to use and has English options. Overall it’s an extremely solid place to stay in Tokyo and I would definitely comeback once I visit Tokyo again.
