The hotel is new, room is clean and perfect size for family of 4 with 2 kids. Location to train station is just few minutes away. Convenience store is just round the corner. Food establishments is just few minutes walk away.
Great stay. Checked in with the room setup nicely. We requested for the futon beds which turned out great for our baby. The in-suite washer and dryer is a huge plus. The only down side for us is that the location is a bit of a walk to the elevator of the train station if you travel with a stroller. And I wish the towels of the hotel could be better as mine was shredding on my skin like crazy.
Great stay for our family of four! The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. It was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a convenience store just 2 minutes away.
The location is excellent—close to the train station and Tokyo Monorail at Hamamatsucho Station, with Tokyo Tower within walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again.
Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!
Love this location for proximity to the jr line and monorail for easy transfer to the airports. Also not in a busy touristy part of the city, so perfect for people who get overwhelmed with the Tokyo congestion. A great bakery and 7-Eleven around the corner kept us fed for easy breakfasts before full days of sightseeing. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of four, including two college-aged kids.
We had a great stay! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. It’s also very kid-friendly, with enough space for families to relax without feeling cramped. One of the biggest conveniences was the washer-dryer combo in the unit—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay at Premium Apart MONday Hamamatsucho Station! The reception staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable—especially for our family of four, which can sometimes be difficult to find in Tokyo. One thing that really impressed us was how quiet the room was. Even though the hotel is located right next to the train tracks, we could barely hear the trains going by!
The location was also extremely convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the station. There are three convenience stores in the immediate area, as well as a grocery store just a few minutes away that had everything we needed for our baby, including diapers and baby food.
Another thing we really enjoyed was that the hotel is located in a more local area with plenty of izakayas nearby, where Japanese office workers gather after work. It gave the neighborhood a lively and authentic local feel and was a nice change from staying in a more touristy area.
Overall, our stay was fantastic, and the combination of the spacious and quiet rooms, convenient location, accommodating staff, and authentic neighborhood made it perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting Tokyo!
Brand new property from the MONday chain. Rooms are large with Apart-Hotel style amenities.
Washer and dryer in the room made it quite convenient.
Rooms are fully functional and only small minor complains.
The proximity to the VERY busy Yamanote and Shinkansen lines literally on your window made it slightly inconvenient, although it was not horrible...
The AC blows literally on the beds. There was no way to change the direction of the flow. It would help tremendously to put a diverter in the AC unit.
It was a really clean place to stay and we felt safe and comfortable in the area, knowing it was really quiet and people were kind and respectful. The amenities were very functional and the room was spacious enough for 5 people to live. I love the authenticity of the place Japanese feel is quite amazing and impressive!! Sooo happy of our stay!!
Not really any hotel amenities if you are looking for a restaurant or gym but great for a family stay. Spacious and clean rooms with a kitchenette. Vey quiet and cozy. Staff are so nice and helpful and stored our luggage before our late flight home, it was vey close to train station.
We love how spacious, clean, convenient and practical the room is. Staff were friendly, always ready to greet us when leaving and returning. Will visit again.
