"100/10! Should be listed under Exceptional! Since before our arrival, the hotel had been in excellent communication. I booked a round trip shuttle to and from and it was smooth and reliable. We celebrated our anniversary as well as being newly engaged and the hotel staff made sure to make it memorable. We were offered a concierge, Karina, and she was fantastic. She booked our dinner reservations and kept in touch during our trip. The rooms were impeccable! The BEST housekeeping I’ve ever had at a resort (and I am well traveled). Now to the daily staff: Jesus does it all! The activities from Stretching to pool Zumba were a blast! Thomas at the pool made our cabana stays smooth! Sergio and Max kept the poolside drinks (water too) and food flowing! Elias at the pool bar was super friendly and fast! Our favorite waitress was Mayra at the Asian restaurant, she was the sweetest and super thoughtful and thorough with our service. Lastly, Fernando made checkout a breeze. I took the time to write this thoughtful review because I did not need to leave the resort to enjoy. We wanted a chill vacation and this exceeded our expectations. We relaxed, worked out at the nice gym, joined the plentiful activities and had a blast! THE FOOD IS 10/10! Best all inclusive food I’ve ever eaten!!! Delicious and fresh. We also did listen about the timeshare although we did not join - we enjoyed our discounted massages. If you’re an Expedia higher level member, ask about your resort credits!"
