“This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish.
