You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. "The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "
