“We liked the convenience of the area & all the things within walking distance & the price. Having a parking spot included was a plus. “The decor was cute and the Roku TV, designated parking, and A/C was a great touch! However, the bathroom was a nightmare plus I feel like they should really have a mattress protector. A deep clean in the shower and bathroom is overdue. There were body hair trimmings all over the sink and a mold/staining all over the shower’s floor, grout, and walls.”
