“Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice.”

“Our room was very clean as was the lobby, the elevator could have used a wipe down but otherwise everything was clean & welcoming. The staff was very prompt and helpful, profession & courteous. Breakfast selection was great! So good! Some areas (bathroom corners) show wear from time & the bathroom lighting could be better. Overall we were very pleased with our room & the Inn. ”

“I travel a lot for work so I’m pretty forgiving when it comes to hotels (even though this is a motel), but I would not stay here again even though we arrived at 10pm and left at 6am. The bed was actually fine but the room smelled like stale smoke and musty. The door to the room was flimsy and felt unsafe. The hvac was ridiculously loud. We kept our shoes on at all times in the room. If you need a cheap hotel in the area that accepts dogs, then go for it. The place was mostly rented so it...

“Staff pleasant, sufficient amenities like functional microwave, fridge, in room coffee maker. continental "plus" breakfast (sausage patties and eggs precooked somewhere between poached and fried available so at least there's a hot component), decent coffee, good enough blackout curtain to guard your sleep. The area looked nice and there's a Dutch Bros coffee across the street which for us is a plus.”

“A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! ”

“The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. “Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht besonders angenehm. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel auf, dass sich viele Tierhaare im Bett befanden, was keinen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht hat. Zusätzlich roch es im Badezimmer unangenehm, was den Aufenthalt noch weniger komfortabel machte und insgesamt kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen hat. Sauberkeit ist für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt bei einer Unterkunft, daher war ich von diesem Aufenthalt leider etwas enttäuscht.”
