"Clean room"

"I was not informed this was a kids theme hotel. Was surprised upon my arrival that I had no adult options. Bed was uncomfortable & very low to the ground. Box springs setting on the floor! Kiddie environment w/ adult prices & no adult options. This will be my 1st & last time I will stay @ the Graduate!"

"Good breakfast "

"Bar was fine. Breakfast food was ridiculous! First of all there was only 1 waitress trying to manage 22 people. She did the best she could, but physically could not do the job. People were friendly, but upset. I ordered pancakes they were grease filled, not light and fluffy. Had to keep asking for the rest of our breakfast order. Will never eat at the Iris cafe again. "

"The hotel is totally under renovation, but it’s very disorganized and unclear what’s happening when you walk in - the staff was very non-existent; I honestly saw maybe 5 people the entire stay - the breakfast area was really strange and the garbages were overflowing; it was pretty gross!"

"Breakfast was biscuits and gravy. Where is the protein? No yogurt. Poor choice/selection of unattractive fruit. No boiled eggs? No scrambled eggs? Also our room was right above the smoking area. Loud mouthed drunks were cussing laughing and talking until past 11 pm. I asked for a different room, manager said he would talk to them. I didn't get good sleep that night or the following night. "
