유타 아파트식 호텔

“This is a full two room unit with a kitchen, living room, plus the second bedroom has a kitchenette, and the primary bedroom has a jetted tub. It is a privately owned condo part of the Westgate Resort. The resort has plenty of amenities including two family pools, an adult pool, a spa, yoga studio, fitness center, activity center, etc. The only thing we experienced is running out of tissues. They need to make sure everything is better stocked. Other than that, we think we have found a new...

“Quite! Comfy! Relaxing! Staff Amazing! 😊”

“Great location with beautiful views. Layout of the room was great, only downside was no desk area, but minor issue. Shower is huge and was awesome. Check-in is a bit wonky, as it's not immediately clear how to lookup your name in the kiosk, and if you leave off anything it won't return your reservation. Called and spoke to a lovely person who helped out, and was solved in a few minutes. Parking was easy to get in and out, and the property is close to all sorts of restaurants and a short walk up...

“I had 10 days reservation the room was Very dirty room woken up at 2 am from bug bites besides that very unsafe neighborhood I was followed while I was going to check in, I check out the first thing in the morning and left the owner refused to refund me the 9 days that I didn’t use I filed a claim with my credit card company Expedia should drop this hotel from their list”

“The property is in a good location as far as creature comforts are concerned. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s also a nice walking trail nearby.”

“처음 들어갔을때의 이미지는 좋았으나 4박5일 있는 동안 2번이나 오후에 돌아 오니 청소가 되어있지 않았고 3번이나 전화를 했지만 수건만 가져다 주었다.. 침대 매트리스도 너무 불편했고 갈어놓은 시트에 머리카락이 두개나 있었다 기분 썩 좋지않았다”

“Check-in was terrible. These are individually owned units and there was a key card with our name on it but no room number or unit number. There was no one at the front desk only a phone number to call that redirected us to another hotel. They had no information on where our room was. They didn’t even have our name in their system. We had to try to call several different people to find out where our room was — check-in process took over two hours. We finally found someone who could help us after...

“The room was as described. It has warmed tile in the bathroom, which is delightful. The jetted tub was in bad need of cleaning. When the jets were engaged they sprayed black material into the water. We didn't use the tub. The check in process was unclear as it directed us to a wall safe inside the lobby to find our keys. Turns out this booking had a completely separate electronic check in process. (Kudos to the staff at the Sundial desk for trying to assist us.) I called the number in the...
