“The old adage, "you get what you pay for" applies here. Room was small with no room for furniture to raise luggage from the floor. No heater or fan in the bathroom. Good thing it was not winter yet! Broken toilet paper dispenser. Sqeaky old bed. One person here suggested better suited for an hourly rate. I think you can still see the handcuff scratches on the headboard. Will get you through in a bind. Would not be my first choice again.”

“The staff didn't clean our room for two days.”

“I had an amazing time. They were really nice and kind the food amazing the place? Comfy i felt i was at home really. Thank you very much”

“I booked this hotel to rest before an early 4:00 AM international flight, but lost over two hours of sleep due to severe facility and service failures. Repeated Blackouts & Electrical Hazards: Central heating was turned off hotel-wide. Staff brought two portable heaters (one lacking a ground pin), which tripped the room's circuit breaker within 5 minutes. After maintenance reset it, a second blackout occurred. Before departure, simply turning on a standard hairdryer tripped the breaker for a...

“Beautiful Rooms, Lovely Building & Location, but Needs to UP the Experience. I've been coming to Hudson and the Willow in since the 1970's. I remember the old grandeur of the Willow Inn through the years. The renovations after the fire were lovely and the present owners have kept up the appearance of the property, but with the closing of the restaurant, the hotel is a mere shadow of it's past self. I was hopeful that the continental breakfast brought in from a local bakery would make up for...

“Great location and very friendly staff.”
