"The location was great If you are going to an event at madison square garden. It's a short walk ,or one stop on the subway to times square. When I arrived , there was a strong odor of marijuana in the lobby. I paid for an upgraded room and got a spacious renovated room with a view of MSG. Parking was around the block. I was allowed to unload and load the car in front of the hotel. It was very convenient that the hotel had 2 restaurants and a 24 hour diner in the building. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Only 4 floors had an ice machine in this hotel with 45 floors. My floors did not have an ice machine. I liked this hotel. Book an upgraded room."

"Carpeting in rooms elevators and entrances need to be replaced. The room I stayed in had filthy curtains / blinds that did not raise/open. Poor lighting in the room. I was not able to properly adjust the heat. A noisy rattling was quite constant. The tv was large so that was nice. The staff were superb. Water everyday. "

"Was absolutley worth it!!! Clean, SPACIOUS, you have your own little kitchen, a large bed and everything you need for a little getaway! Everything is up to date as well and the a/c unit is brand new and works beautifully. Will definitely stay again! Especially because this is in a prime location! The staff are very friendly and welcoming too. Only thing that was a slight inconvenience was there are only two elevators and one was out of order and are very very small. Other than that, this was almost perfect. Will stay here again! Thank you so much!! "
