โThe staff make this place: so attentive and clearly trained. Whilst the hotel is a tad tired we were very comfortable and the breakfast was second to none. A 20% reduction with on site food was offered! Pity we didn't know if this previously: we had prebooked a nearby excellent restaurant.โ
โThe room was very comfortable. Property was nicely maintained with pretty gardens and nearby parking. Staff was warm and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a lovely assortment. The area is a hilly walk from the shops, but worth the quiet. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. โ
โThis was the cutest property, right in the middle of Como. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was small but clean and had everything we could need. There was even a free phone that we were able to take with us around town and use for Google Maps. They offer a free breakfast which was simple but worked (the chocolate croissants were delicious). Overall, a great spot and terrific price-point for the overall pricey town!โ
โOutstanding service and amazing staff as well as the accommodations! The breakfasts were over the top special. We also had dinner here one night and was 5-star! Highly recommend! โ
โBeautiful and peaceful. The scenery is amazing very convenient as the location is right by the center of all restaurants shops lake and transportation.
The staff were very professional and friendly helping immediately to answer questions. Very safe and clean too.
Restaurants outside the entrance have excellent food options. Most importantly you can sleep without hearing any noises which it was my concern because the church and heavy traffic. Very happy to have stayed 3 nights. โ
โI was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car).
So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key.
After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key.
This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door.
Further more room TV is located more than 2m high.
The host never say "I am sorry !"โ
โApartment style housing. Very friendly service. Frederico was waiting for us after the normal reception hours to show our apartment. Very clean room with all facilities including washing machine, air conditioner, cooking vessels, TV, wireless internet etc. Will stay here if I visit again.โ

"The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable.
There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom
Two things that could be improved:
1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead.
2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
