โCheck in was super easy and the guest services rep was so nice! Had questions about the parking and i asked if i could get a room with a good view and the view was great! I believe her name was Abigail, i hope i am correct. โ
โFound a cockroach on the wall, I tried to kill it but it escaped to the ventilation fan on the wall. I think this is where it came from. I am sure there are many in other rooms, too.
No venting in the room.
I found lots of blue and green molds on the washroom ventilation fan. Such shame that i had to take a shower right below it..... โ
โWe've stay here many times before and its our go to in Rochester to stay as we travel to the 1000 islands from Michigan. Wouldn't go anywhere else.โ
โGreat location for a short stay in Rochester. I really like how theyโve updated this motel. Itโs very clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was when we arrived and it took a bit to figure out the key locker thing - the linked directions were not super clear and then the key pad didnโt respond at first. We managed to figure it out pretty quickly, so no big deal in the end.โ
โI really appreciate a good staff who's also kind to their clientele and you had that especially on a July 4 th weekend. Very attentive. Thanks for a great stay. โ
โThe front desk manager, Chardonnay, was just amazing - so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel and the room it was in was beautiful with all of the windows and sunlight. Beautiful clean rooms. Even though it was right at the airport it was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!โ
