"Staff didn’t clean fully, and the room smelled musty. The towels didn’t get changed and the blankets plus mattress were hard and one bed even had a hole. Plus the room service/staff take 30-1 hour to arrive even after repeated calling them to hurry."

"Overall the staff were lovely & helpful when they had the opportunity to do so. I usually like this chain because we travel with dogs, don't have a lot of money & try to save by making our own food when we can, & the rooms thru this chain usually are great because it gives our dogs a more comfortable feeling.We don't have super high expectations, just the basics. But...Towels in the room when we got there were mostly dirty. Room needed a good sweep, very sandy & my younger dog kept finding random trash on the floor under the bed to chew on. The TV seemed to never be able to find a signal, so no TV for our 4 day stay. When we asked for the kitchen items, plates, pans, silverware, cutlery, the poor person behind the desk had to seach for items. But the worst was the fact that they ran out of toilet paper! How does an entire hotel run out of toilet paper!? Sadly one of the worst stays I've ever experienced "

"I would not stay here again. For a hotel that is supposed to be by Wyndham, the quality was far below what I expected. The room floor was dirty when we arrived, which was disappointing. My biggest concern was that the connecting door was not fully locked, which felt like a serious security issue. Even worse, the staff did not seem to know about the problem. We were 3 people staying in the room, but housekeeping only left 2 towels each day. The toilet was also very loud every time it was flushed. Another inconvenience was the ice machine, since it was not always accessible and we had to ask employees for ice. Breakfast was very limited and had almost no variety. It was basically the same every day: eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, bread, juice, coffee, waffles, shredded cheese, and cereal. Sometimes they had yogurt, butter, or cream cheese, but not always. I do want to mention that the staff was helpful and friendly. The laundry service was easy to use, costing $2.50 per wash load and $2.50 per dryer load. You can pay with coins or through an app, but the app requires a minimum balance of $10. There was also a lot of noise from the surrounding area since the hotel is close to a main road. The area did not seem the best either, with a detention center nearby and many bail bond offices around. The room QR code information said that pool towels would be provided in the room, but I never saw them, even though I did not use the pool. Overall, I expected much better quality"

"We rented the room with 2 Queen beds that fits 5 people. The room was big, spacious and very clean. We all loved it. The only thing we noticed was that there was no fridge, so we had to end up throwing away the meat that we bought for wraps and sandwiches to take to the park with us. Also, there was no exhaustion fan in the bathroom, which was an inconvenience. The restaurant with the buffet optional menu was fantastic! We all loved our stay very much."
