โI was at White Oaks to attend a wedding. I was in & out of my room throughout the day. I also 7sed my room for my 18 month old grand daughter could have a nap. We placed the do kot disturb sign on the door, until late afternoon. Approximately four o'clock i recieved a text about cleaning my room. I declined, thinking end of their day, and i really didn't need it. When i returned from supper, my room had been cleaned, garbage removed and fresh towels. Wow, i an quite impressed. โ
โHotel was convenient and walkable to water, shopping and restaurants. They even have a trolley to local wineries if needed. We appreciated all the extra amenities, but small note, perhaps they should be listed somewhere when you check in. We didnโt find the zen garden until the morning we left because itโs not on the property map. Overall beautiful and comfortable hotel!โ
โI would highly recommend staying here! The cleanliness and staff effort was above and beyond. The facility itself was very impressive with a private patio area outback with 2 bbq's and lounging area. It was superb! The complimentary breakfast was incredible with loads of choices (hot and cold) and freshly made! Definitely deserving of a 5-star review. We are planning to go back in a few months! โ
โWe had an unforgettable view from our full falls room; absolutely breathtaking. The hotel was very smart and comfortable otherwise. Huge bed, small shower room but nice and modern. Friendly helpful staff. Great value for money and a short walk from the incline railway. Highly recommended โ
โVery comfortable bed; I slept better than I have in a long time. Very nice hotel with clean rooms and balcony over looking the indoor pool which was also well maintained and beautiful!โ
