"I stayed at this resort a few years ago. It has definitely aged. Be prepared to do a LOT of walking. The tram is very slow and it does not match the wait time. Overall a great family friendly resort."

"The property is beautiful! The pools are amazing! The lagoon so cool, we saw 3 turtles, a baby mana ray and fish. The ocean is surrounding you. My 9 year did the dolphin encounter that she loved. Just be prepared to walk a lot, Even though there is a tram, waiting 16 minutes want worth waiting. We enjoyed the luau. We didn't eat on site, took the shuttle everyday to Queens market and Island Gourmet Cafe. We are at Lava Lava near by that was delicious. The Hilton is beautiful but pricy on activities on parking. We ubered 3 days to Hapuna and Mauna Kea our Uber driver new how to get us in. He told gate he was just dropping us off then we walked to beach. We did rent car 1 day but didn't leave it over night. Hilton is amazing though best hotel with clothes."

"All the other condos in the area have access to the garage, and they also have beach gear stored there, left by owners and other renters. I rented another one a few buildings down that supplied everything, and we bought a bunch of beach gear and left it there for the next people, in addition to what the owner had left. However, this one had no access to the garage or the beach gear, which was a bit disappointing because we had to buy all sorts of beach gear. When we left, we left it somewhere else because we didn't know what the owners would do with it, like locking it up in the garage and not letting anyone else use it. Other than that, the property was great. The house was pretty clean and the price was great. We did enjoy our time there.That's for sure."

"It was a very spacious room. Great for big families. Laundry machine inside the room. But got disappointed when we found cockroaches at the kitchen. Overall, customer service is excellent!"

"Absolutely loved this place first time in Hawaii and choosing this place mad the experience that much better first they gave us a room that didn’t have the 2 queen beds that we book but I called the office and they fixed that issue right away and upgraded us to room with a king and queen bed and a LOFT my son absolutely loved the loft he said”daddy I have all this space to my self and a computer desk” he was excited it was cool with a spiral stair case going up to the loft this place was very cool clean had a little gym and the swimming pool was awesome my son loved that as well wouldn’t get out even when he was shriveled from head to toe nice view of the golf course from the pool as well all around great place and was close to anything you needed food groceries gas I’d deff go here again"

"I was very happy with this property. The size was great and the view of the golf course was extremely nice. There's lots of shopping within walking distance as well as a short walk to the beach. Property has a nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi and the grounds are beautiful. I would highly recommend it and would potentially stay there again if I was on the Big island. They also have laundry at the facility and a full kitchen. Very convenient."

"There are genuinely no complaints. Was hesitant going into it since there weren’t many reviews but they are very hospitable and provide you everything you need other than food on your stay. Toaster, electric kettle laundry etc. everything provided. It’s located right by two of arguable the best shopping centers on big island, like a 5 minute walk away. Genuinely no complaints."
