โThe staff were fantastic. Paul the restaurantโs server who served us Afternoon High Tea was super. He was engaging and was interested in how we were enjoying our stay. The concierge Magic was superb. Enthusiastic, honest and full of great recommendations and suggestions. To me he was a perfect 10. ๐ฌ๐ง๐His colleague Nik was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My wife and I first visit to London. Hotel, city, and all we did exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend the Baileys hotel....
โWhat a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location.
