“Staff had great communication. The location was great, very walkable to food, drink, and sites. Also a few blocks from the hop on, hop off bus, which is great. The downsides were that the room had 15+ hairs on the floor of the bathroom, which could only be seen if you close the door. Their turn down service is every 3 days, but you can request more often if you want. The staff on Mondays are not the regular staff and they can't provide you with towels, however they were able to provide...
