"For us everything was to our liking. Clean, calm and comforting. Staff was helpful and kind. Continental breakfast was good and satisfying. We were able to go for a long walk in the neighbourhood in the evening and thoroughly enjoyed it. Felt safe in the community. We would recommend it."

"Great easy place to crash for a night after a late flight. I got in at 2am and check-in was seamless. I had a central room (no windows) which felt a bit like a cabin on a ferry. But it was comfortable, quiet, dark and so perfect for purpose. The bathroom is a wet head design which I’m not a fan of as everything in there gets soaked when you shower. I advise leaving showering until last."

"The room was clean tidy and comfy. Staff were brilliant, we arrived at midnight and the young man on duty made us a cup Of tea , just what was needed. I am just under 5ft, we laughed at me trying to get on the bed. Ideally could do with a small step to make it easier."

"After what seemed a very tiring drive culminating in passing Gatwick Airport,another 8 minutes to find a very reasonable priced Hotel seemed like nothing. No quibbles about first come,first served in the car park as it seems big enough to accommodate all guests. I had a great welcome and had my bags carried for me into reception and up to my room which I appreciated very much. I was also told there was a garage opposite which had a big forecourt shop for snacks and drinks. I had a double room,recently decorated with sofa and fridge.Tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits and bottled water. Great bathroom with shower and a bath! There was everything you needed in the room,even a pedestal fan. The bed was very comfortable and there was a wake up knock in case you'd overslept. Check out the Gatwick Inn hotel.If you just need an overnight with no fancy name and price then try a night or two.My second time and I'll definitely be back."
