"Great value hotel close to LGW. Chicken Caesar Salad for dinner was excellent. I took the Metrobus from LGW to Ibis and it was fast and easy and let's you off on the same side of the road as the hotel. I took the Airport Shuttle at 6.24 am to catch a morning flight because it picks up at hotel . Stops in front of hotel and you hop on. Driver doesnt come inside hotel to get you. Would stay here again."

"Hotel was everything you would expect and staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't eat there or use the Spa, so can't comment. One thing that reduces the score to 4 out of 5 is the somewhat disingenuous approach to parking facilities: offering Hotel parking in the basement of the multistorey car park overnight for £18, but if you park on any other level, it's £6.60... Discovered this because the Hotel section of the car park was full - it's not a massive amount of money, but to some it would make a difference."

"This property was efficient for our needs. Had a quick turn over flight and needed a place to sleep overnight. It was easy to access, quiet and customer friendly. Not a lot of food options for late night dinner but the soup was ok."
