"asked for a quiet room - which we got far away and room had clearly not be used in a long time. PAT testing was over a year out of date on appliances, cobwebs in the ensuite. heated towel rail not on. At breakfast dirty plates had been stacked with the clean ones , just unlucky it was the ones we got and food debris all over my hand from picking up a dirty plate. Drinks service at breakfast was hit or miss with some being served at the table and others ignored like us, Plates whisked away too quick and not a relaxed vibe at all. Functional but not four star. Would not book for a celebration or special occasion. Okay for overnight stop -which is what we did."

"A nice room , all the usual iminities included. Handy to have a fridge in the room . Nice modern clean bathroom tho shower tiles could do with the grouting cleaning . We would stay again ."

"We arrived very late (after midnight) at Gatwick after our flight was delayed few hours. Clear instructions were left for self check-in to our room. It was of moderate size but clean and what we needed for a good night sleep. Room had water kettle and essentials to make tea and coffee. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was available but we skipped that. I would recommend though we stayed only a night."

"It was a nice bonding time with my granddaughter. She loves the pool. Our room is lovely, with minor plumbing issues ok the sink. Thin walls. Food could be better."
